Joya is a sweepstakes-style social casino using the Gold Coins (play-for-fun) and Sweeps Coins (redeemable) model - no purchase is ever necessary to play. It runs games from 17 providers, including Hacksaw Gaming, Betsoft, and BGaming, plus a dedicated live-dealer section and recurring promotions like weekly coin drops.
Pros
- Live-dealer games included alongside slots - less common among sweepstakes casinos
- Wide provider mix (13+ studios) including Hacksaw Gaming and Betsoft
- Loyalty Club offers up to 10% weekly coinback on losses, plus VIP status transfer from other sweeps casinos
- Well-reviewed for a newer site: SweepsKings 4/5 (79.8/100), Trustpilot 4.3/5
Cons
- No RNG table games, virtual tables, poker, crash, or fishing games
- Support reportedly couldn't explain how to earn VIP points, and there's no FAQ page, ticket form, or phone support
- Limited banking options - no Apple Pay or Google Pay found
- No app, PWA, or push notifications; mobile site has sizing and loading issues
- Support cited a 5,000 SC daily redemption cap that conflicts with the published Sweeps Rules (10,000 SC/day, 5,000 SC in Florida) - confirm the current limit before relying on it
