Coin Wizard Games Shuts Down October 28, 2026, Five Months After Launch
Coin Wizard Games, a Golden Hearts Games sister site, permanently closed October 28, 2026 after launching in May, pointing players to Golden Hearts.
Coin Wizard Games, a sister site to Golden Hearts Games, permanently shut down on October 28, 2026, just five months after it launched in May. The company emailed players on October 14 announcing the closure, without giving a reason.
The shutdown ran on a staged timeline: Gold Coin purchases stopped October 14, both Gold Coin and Sweeps Coin play remained available through October 21, and after that only free Gold Coin games stayed open until the site closed for good on the 28th. Players had until noon ET on closing day to redeem any Sweeps Coins for digital gift cards through Prizeout or an ACH bank deposit.
Coin Wizard never disclosed a reason for closing, and nothing ties it to a specific lawsuit or state action the way several other 2026 shutdowns have been. The company is directing its players toward Golden Hearts Games, its remaining sister site, which still offers more than 1,200 games from over twenty suppliers. Coin Wizard isn't an operator we've covered or had an affiliate relationship with on this site.
The closure adds to an unusually long list of sweepstakes casinos that have shut down in 2026 - LuckyLand Slots, CoinFrenzy, and The Win Zone all closed within weeks of each other in September alone. Running two currencies across two brands gets more expensive as more states pass outright bans, and Coin Wizard's quiet exit after less than half a year looks like a smaller operator deciding the math no longer worked.
