Pulsz Owner Yellow Social Interactive Settles Virtual Chip Lawsuit for $14 Million

Yellow Social Interactive agreed to a roughly $14 million settlement over Pulsz and Pulszbingo virtual chip sales in six states; claims are due November 30, 2026.

Yellow Social Interactive, Ltd., the company behind the sweepstakes casino Pulsz and its sister site Pulszbingo, has agreed to an estimated $14 million settlement resolving a class-action lawsuit over virtual chip sales, according to an October 20, 2026 report from ClassAction.org. The suit, Robinson v. Yellow Social Interactive, Ltd., alleged that selling virtual chips on Pulsz and Pulszbingo violated gambling laws in Alabama, Ohio, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Tennessee, and Kentucky; a court granted preliminary approval on August 31, 2026.

Class membership covers anyone who spent money playing Pulsz or Pulszbingo in those six states during windows that start as early as March 2022 in Alabama and run through August 31, 2026. Most class members don't need to file anything - they're set to automatically receive virtual gold coins worth 27% of their net purchases. Anyone who wants cash instead has to submit a claim form by November 30, 2026 to get 23% of their net purchases back, though cash payouts shrink pro rata if too many people choose that option.

A final approval hearing is scheduled for December 31, 2026, and no money moves until that's resolved and any appeals run their course. This is a bigger settlement than most we've tracked in this space. Worth disclosing here: Pulsz is one of the operators we have an affiliate relationship with and rate highly on this site, and we're reporting the settlement terms the same way we would for any operator. If you played Pulsz or Pulszbingo in one of the six named states during the relevant window, check YSISettlement.com for your specific claim details rather than relying on a summary here.
